How to register an church/organisation for borrowing resources?

A lead contact – with their organisation’s permission – needs to fill out and submit the online Resource Centre Registration Form.

A further two borrowers can also be registered on this form. 

Registrations run from 1st January – 31st December each year, irrespective of when during the year organisations sign up, and must be renewed annually at a cost of £25.

A form must be completed and the registration fee paid prior to borrowing items for the first time each year.

By registering, borrowers agree that the organisation has:

  • given their permission for them to register as a borrower,
  • the organisation is aware of the purposes for which the individual is borrowing resources and
  • that the organisation is suitably insured to cover the activity and use of resources.

Payment

At the time of completing the Resource Centre Registration Form a payment of £25 should be made via the Diocese of Norwich Online Shop.

This payment allows all registered individuals of the organisation to borrow items throughout the year (1st January – 31st December).

Please note some additional small charges are applicable for consumable items e.g. badge pieces for the badge maker. Charges for consumables can be paid at the time of loan and you will be advised of this.

Terms and Conditions of Use

By signing up, the organisation and individual agrees to abide by the terms and conditions including having appropriate insurance and paying for repair or replacement should items be lost or damaged whilst on loan.
